It's an interesting matchup. I think Roy would have a good shot to win, as long as he didn't get hit. He might be fast enough to avoid Wlad's shots, and Wlad has a weak chin, so perhaps Roy's power could do something?

Wlad would win if he were able to catch Roy, however. His power would be too great for him.
