Then you would expect them to make that clear. It could be the other driver, a passenger in the other car, a pedestrian. Who knows? If someone died, the least they can do is mention where they fit in the story, not necessarily naming them.

It wasnt a car accident. It was ATV. Dumb mofo who has a fight on March and goes on riding freaking four tracks. Nobody has die but his girlfriend is in very bad condition.
