no, they should go into the fight understanding the task ahead of them. they arent fighting a normal fighter, u go into the fight thinking that and u are gonna lose. im not saying they need to think that hes perfect, but they need to understand exactly what they are doing.

I think what Diaz is referring to is that Floyd is not unorthodox. Cuban amateurs have a similar approach to boxing.

Jabs, straight rights, and left hooks are the only punches he uses. His footwork is textbook but what makes him so difficult is how effectively he executes everything he does.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with what Diaz said, and I'm sure he knows how difficult this fight will be. He's just being positive.

Mosley trained one of floyds flaws...he hit him to the stomach and came upstairs & it worked, but it didnt win the fight. Floyd figured shane out and that punch was gone for good.

If Cotto believes that he can figure out floyds flaws with a million and one of his own the guy is crazy. Cotto game plan should be like floyds "win by any means". Floyd doesnt get a game plan because styles make fights....watching floyd vs hatton isnt going to the same fight as floyd vs cotto..
