I know that they are signiture but which do you see producing the most damage.

Floyd's right will tag Cotto all night long. It's a punch that Cotto is vulnerable to and it happens to be Floyd's best punch.

Neither guy gets hit with left hooks so I can't see that punch being a big factor.

Speaking solely based on the Mayweather - Cotto bout. I have to go with Mayweather's straight right due to his ability to land it flush and on command. Cotto has a nasty left to the body but good luck landing that through Mayweather's defense; his right arm will have his body covered. To be honest, Mayweather's left hook is better than Cotto's.
