Dude is talented, good boxer, good body puncher, nice counter left hook, simply talented. He last fought in March 2011 and he's not signed to fight anyone. Just wondering what happened...
What happened to Brad Solomon?

He saw Roy Jones get axed, and doesn't want to end up the same way with that style.
On a side note, he was here in philly in december. I had a chance to spar with him. He worked with Pooh, Derrick Ennis the entire week.. so i assumed he was preparing for something. Guess not?Comment

I see some minor glimpses of Roy Jones, only in the stance and lead left hook, that's pretty much it though. Think he'd give any elite fighter at 147 a tough time.He saw Roy Jones get axed, and doesn't want to end up the same way with that style.

brad solomon...used to know an prospect by that name...seems he just got bored with boxing. he was a good tim bradley type fighter. good at just about averything, great at nothing. but if ur not committed to the sport, u can disappear like that.Comment

Re-watching his fights right now, dude is insanely talented, his style revolves mostly around surprise attacks, hes mad unpredictable, alot of trickery man. I like how he starts off his offense with a lead left hook, rips shots in the clinches, gets off the clinch then quickly gets back in with a lead left hook, almost Ward-esque in that sense. Some of the quickest feet too, not on a consistent level but he changes speed ALOT.Comment

brad looks like a serious talent. hope to see him back soon. he's already better than most of the "contenders" out thereComment

This isn't the case at all. He signed a terrible looooong-term deal where the promoter basically runs his life in general. There was an interview vid floating around where he was explaining his situation... trying to find it now.Comment
