Pacman is an atg, we do not disagree there. But he is overrated by the majority of his fans. He's not top 10, boxers cause him a world of trouble & his welterweight run is nothing short of a joke. But that does not include the great things he has done at 140 & below. Because he has been stellar below 147.

His fights at welterweight against Cotto and solidified it against Clottey are pretty much legit to me. Often forgotten, Pacquaio is a small fighter who moved up facing these highly rated bigger boxers in their own weight division should count for something.
