If Margacheato can get a license to fight, then why not Luis? The guy has done his time, I say let the guy have a 2nd chance. Panama Lewis on the other hand should never get another chance.

Luis has done way enough time. he went to jail and paid his debt.theres was others involved. hes been through enough already. collin's wife forgave him. if collins was alive i think he would to. give him his license so he could make a living. he shouldnt pay for the rest of his life.
