According to boxing manager Vladimir Hryunov, WBA interim-cruiserweight champion Denis Lebedev's next fight is being targeted for the month of February, and IBO champion Antonio Tarver is the target. In the last year, Lebedev (23-1, 17KOs) has beaten two American legends - Roy Jones Jr. and James Toney, and now he wants to add Tarver to that list/

Fighters don't always pick their opponent - don't forget it.
Tarver appears to be pretty game, so why not? These guys just happen to be the names in the division, so it is what it is. He'll be fighting guys younger, don't you worry.

That cunt Huck should have given Lebedev a rematch. Lebedev got jobbed in that fight. As long as he's not getting another shot at him, I guess picking off the shot old guys is the next best thing. Wasn't too crazy about him taking out Roy and Toney, but I'd love to see him get rid of Tarver. I hope this fight comes off.
