    Scott Pemberton Wins by KO

Scott Pemberton is going to win by KO over Jeff Lacy.

Scott has fought Cruiserweights and Light Heavyweights already and at 6'2" is the tallest opponent that Lacy (5'9") has ever fought.

If Pemberton were to win, it would be considered an upset.

                  Scott Pemberton Wins by KO

Style: Simply put, Pemberton is a tough customer. He is 6'2" and that creates all types of problems for fighters who have to battle to get inside a hard left jab and he's underrated boxer who can handle himself on the inside. Pemberton is one of those guys who get stronger the longer the fight goes and he has the ability to dig deep and rally. He is a stand-up boxer puncher who may not be the most polished athlete around but he has the two intangibles that always make him dangerous; he has heart and courage.

Strength: Pemberton may lack the smooth fluid athleticism of the division's best contenders but he makes up for it with grit, bravery and tenacity. His size and his reach present problems especially when you factor in that Lacy is 5'9", squaring off against a rangy super middleweight that will have a five-inch height advantage. Pemberton has a solid right hand and he can do some damage on the inside if Lacy is unable to tie up the challenger in close quarters.

                  Last big fight:

Pemberton rocked Sheika a number of times during the ninth round with galvanizing straight right crosses that almost leveled the ****er from Patterson, New Jersey. Sheika managed to answer the bell to open the 10th, but early in the round, Pemberton caught him with a half dozen searing shots to the face that drove him half way across the ring and to the canvas. Sheika struggled to his feet on unsteady legs and almost immediately Pemberton clocked him with another scorching right hand to the jaw. Moments later, Pemberton drilled Sheika with two more rights to the face and he careened backwards across the ring. The referee Rosato had finally seen enough mayhem and he wisely stopped the contest with Sheika effectively out on his feet and propped up against the ropes. The New England hero Pemberton was carried aloft on the shoulders of his cornermen, as the Connecticut fight fans celebrated the Massachusetts' boxer's sudden and dramatic victory. The official time of the TKO went into the record books at 1:43 of the 10th, of the scheduled twelve rounder.

This is Pemberton last chance for him to make some noise. Either he will win or lose and if he loses that will be it for him and remeber he is in his late 30s.
