As far as greatest multi-death scene, I have to mention the greatest movie ever, The Godfather. It doesn't get any colder than watching all of Michael Corleone's rivals get murdered while he's at his godson's christening, and you also have Sonny Corleone's death, where they pump him full of bullets after he's dead on the ground and then give him a kick to the face.
