Dibella: Martinez vs Sturm very likely next year

In the ring radio pod cast, Dibella said he's been talking to Sturm's people and it's very likely he'll fight Martinez next year. Apparently he's contractually obligated to fight in Germany for just one more fight, and then afterwards he could fight anywhere. He said he would setup Martinez vs Sturm and Andy Lee vs Macklin in Madison Square Garden. Pretty nice card if it happens.

Why not just fight in Germany and have HBO broadcast the fight from there? They could sell out an arena with 20K+ people instead of giving away 1/2 the tickets for free for a 1,500 deep crowd here?

Good fight for Sergio though, should be competitive.

thats definitely not the fight. The end of 2012 is over 15 months away. Sergio could have 3 more fights in that time. He could fight Floyd or a 168 pounder and still have plenty of time to finish up with Sturm, win or lose
