Ofcourse they wont. They don't give a damn what another fighter has done or what they are on, they just want Floyd out of there by any means necessary. If you go back and look at the beginning of the 7th round between Berto and Ortiz you will see Berto extending his glove to acknowledge a good round six and Ortiz throws a left hook.
