I say throw Rios in there. I know he's at/around 140 so it shouldn't be an issue for him to make weight. I saw of video of him the other day training, so he should be ok.

Rios would give Morales the type of fight he's looking for. A toe to toe war...

Would be a good fight but high-risk for Rios. I think Morales could beat Rios. Safest bet is Katsidis.

should be someone from the top 15 WBC list i think. if they can't find anyone the fight should be cancelled. just my opinion.

I didn't think of the "import a lightweight" option.

Rios is a TR guy. I thought about Alvarado getting the shot too but he is also a Top Rank guy and I think GBP wants to keep this promotion in-house.
