This actually isn't as corrupt as you guys make it seem. You're just upset because it's Devon, which I can understand.

But he was ranked at #1 at 140 by the WBC, so by moving up he maintained the high rank. Kinda like how Campbell became Bradley's mandatory for the WBO immediately when he moved up from 135. This is common. In fact, if Devon had stayed at 140, he'd probably be fighting Holt or Morales for the WBC title later this year.

No is not the same, Campbell was the WBO LW champ, when he moved up.
