Default Any of you guys do yoga?

If so what kind...

Ive got a disc herniation and the physical therapy it did which was mostly weight lifthing typse stuff wasnt that helpful....

But the yoga has helped allot...

When im able to train again im probaly gonna continue with the yoga cause it feels great.

no but i hear its good for your flexability, i wouldnt be against starting to do it

Default Great for flexibility

If I could do it again, I would have incorporated much more yoga into my boxing training. It makes you more flexible and looser which adds more snap to your punch and makes it easier for you to pull away from a punch. I concentrated way too much on strength training and was imbalanced. There is a yoga tape YOGA FOR COMBAT ATHLETES which is pretty good. Google it.
