The champion has filed a claim for $1,250,000 million, claiming the manager damaged his career with several business decisions. Moreno recently received permission from the court in Panama to continue fighting without securing permission from Grimaldo or having the manager involved. Their managerial contract, which runs until 2015, has been frozen by the court until the legal battle is resolved.

The Golden Boy Deal was for 1.2 million for 4 fights and his clown of a manager turned it down. He probably thought he would lose control of the fighter if he went to Golden Boy.
