also since I'm old I'm not sure what defines decade.

but I imagine mine goes like this:

1.) Hopkins
2.) Mayweather
3.) Taylor
4.) Vitali
5.) everbody else that I want to give a spot to.

Most skilled? Well, moving past your ridiculous list. Plus, I'm just going to go by recent, because in the last decade, we'd have some Oscar, Sweet Pea (last fought in 2011) and others

Do you understand? Pacquiao doesn't have much skill. Hence he cannot be included unless you really don't know shyt about boxing.

Marquez has great counter punching skills, but switch roles and he has no answer. his defense is average as well.

Donaire is very well rounded in the skill department, and Pacquiao is just straight up underrated for his skills. He gets treated like a brawler getting by on pure physical attributes.

Mayweather is the most well rounded in the skill department. Pacquiao has superb offense and counter punching skills, but his defense is average. Mayweather has excellent defense, and offense - but he's not as strong at WW and doesn't pack the same punch as other fighters, nor the workrate. Give him a big punch and you would have...well the 130-135 lb Mayweather, wreaking havok.

Hopkins has skills, but a lot of it is dirty tactics that wear his opponent's out.

Haye on that list is pure humour though, he really doesn't have much skill. Just speed and power.
