Did Carl Froch say "I'm going to a court case with my old promoter"?

If you look at the recent interview with Carl Froch on boxingscene you will hear him say "I'm going to a court case in a minute with my old promoter so I gotta be careful what I say so I can't comment on that." When asked about his popularity and media coverage throughout the last 3-4 years.

Is this something we've heard anything about before?

First i have heard of a court case.

I had a feeling all was not well between Froch and Hennessey a long time ago.

Hennessey comes across as a very incompetent promoter. The c*ck up he made with the Froch-Abraham venue is laughable. I mean what kind of businessman accepts a handshake and nothing in writing? First rule of any business is don't trust anybody and Hennessey found out the hard way.

Another thing that i have noticed is on Fight Camp 360 he just seems too quiet. Whilst the rest of the promoters are in debate trying to do whats best for their fighter he just sits in the corner not saying a word like a shy teenage girl.
