My gym is free, the trainers are official. And we get equipment for free... it's al free.
His name is Gary Stark i.m.o one of the best trainers in the New York Area. His son Gary "kid" stark jr. is a pro, and one of the other kids he trains Marcus Browne" is supposedly the second best ameuter in the country he has a foundation named after him and is being sponsored by models. Our gym has 4 heavy bags a ring all the works. |

I go to my gym for free, as well. I am friends with the owner so he lets me train for free. He is a good guy with me. I would try to find a gym that is $50 or less. F*** paying for trainers, train yourself. Learn boxing from watching the great fighters from the past. Most trainers don't know s*** anyways. If you don't want to pay for the monthly fees you can always build a gym at home. They sell boxing stations. I bought one that had a platform for a heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag, pull ups, dips, leg lifts(abs). It was great but I had to sell it. I plan on buying one those platforms again, it was great.
