I'm starting to get to a stage where.....
....i just can't be f*cked anymore. I have been training on and off for about 6-7 years now and my motivation is at an all time low. I used to be in the gym 5-6 days a week doing weights and cardio now i just about do 2 days a week only doing weights.
I used to like people telling me i had a good physique now to be honest i don't give a crap what my body looks like. What do i do? I need to become a beast in the gym again. Lazyness is taking me over more and more.

I been there i think a good tip its to get yourself something new, that always spark the interest again...
I mean buy yourself some supplements, maybe an NO2 or something like that, they may not really work but they make u more motivated thats for sure... Or if you are boxing then get yourself some new gloves or some new boxing shoes, spending on your hobby always works on bringing out the motivation.
