What if Mayweather had turned down blood testing? Would you think he was cheating? Or if Oscar or Hatton or just anyone besides Pacquiao would have turned down blood testing, would they be labeled as a cheat?

i aint gonna lie pac is suspect for dodging the drug test but being how may isnt exactly a fight all comers type guy and demanded, not suggested osdt, people feel he was just trying to get out of the fight while saving face at the same time.
