Interesting match up,

I think Oba Carr was one of the best fighters in the last 30 years to never win a title.

It's too bad he fought in the Tito, Whitaker, Oscar, Quartey, Lopez era of WW. I think if Carr would have been fighting now, he probably would have won one title from one of the weaker title holders.

I think he could have giving Ortiz a run for his money. Maybe even beat him. I would worry about Carr chin holding up for 12 rounds. I thought Carr had his moments with Oscar and with Tito, he dropped Tito, so I think he would have gave Ortiz hell, possibly even beat him.
