I contacted Robert Garcia, trainer of world class champions such as Brandon Rios and Nonito Donaire, to get his thoughts about a BoxingScene article where his brother Danny Garcia questioned whether or not Robert should get credit for the work he has done with his fighters. I knew this was going to be the reply. How are you going to say you want to make amends, while at the same time insult Robert as a trainer and one of his fighters (Rios)?
Reminds of all those CL Smooth interviews back in the day, when CL would say he wanted to make amends with Pete Rock, but at the same time call him a ****** and talk about how ugly he was. |
