If Pacquiao vs Mosley is a ***** fight than that's enough to make Pac P4P #1. When ever Martinez vs Pascal at 170lbs is a ***** fight favoring Martinez than I can consider Martinez to be P4P #1.

I bet that none of the 140lbs guy is a favor vs Mosley...Khan, Bradley, Maidana, Ortiz, and Alexander.
