i started doing them recently and i got to like 15 and it propper killed off my legs. and my legs aint weak, then again i havent really used them much recently.

They are murder when you first try them though, 15 isnt that bad.

We were doing 1 minute burpees, then straight away 1 min press ups repeated for as long as the coach wanted to hurt us, which was normally 3 mins on each. That killed, especially when i was weighing 250lbs.
