anyone else hear chagaev might be done?

i heard he may decide not to fight because he won't be able to get sanctioned anywhere in europe outside germany.i don't know if that includes the states...unfortunely for chagaev haye isnt going to fight him in germany & everyone can see why.he'd make way more money in britain then germany.it has nothing to do with being afraid.its a money thing.if haye sticks to his guns about retiring he is going to take the 2 biggest fights he can if he can't get a klitschko in the ring.its too bad chagaev had such bad luck with injuries & health.could this be it? he wont get another title shot or big fight if he can't fight outside germany.
