Cruiserweight contender BJ Flores has been going back and forth all week with undefeated cruiserweight prospect Lateef Kayode and his team. Flores issued a challenge to the Nigerian on Sunday and later in the week Kayode and his manager Steven Feder fired back at the part time ESPN boxing analyst. Actually, Flores is 100% right. Kayode's manager is the one who needs to stfu. They turned down a WBO title shot, now they are turning down Flores, a legit contender. Its obvious after the last performance that Kayode needs to fight guys who are not true contenders. The manager is going to look like an idiot after doing all this talking when they announce Kayode's next (no-name) opponent. He is not doing his boxer any favors, he is creating a backlash. By the way, my guess is Kayode is about seven yrs older than what he is listed as, and for the record Flores is not a racist.

Kayote got a gift against what was supposed to be a slight step up opponent but just showed how much work he needs still.

I agree 100% with all of you. I watched that fight and it was clear that Kayote got a gift. You cant win a fight if you dont throw punches. Having Roach in the corner with you wont automatically get you a win.
