Mayweather vs. Cotto post fight Thread -DON'T make new threads about the fight

floyd was hurting him though. im not talking about the last round either im talking all night floyds punches did more damage to cotto than cottos did to floyd.

as a result miguel had to box more than i think he planned to and could only let combinations go when he had floyd in a defensive posture like against the ropes. floyd is so fast, accurate and clever cotto had to be careful in the centre of the ring.

cotto barely made it past the finish line too so id say he conserved just about the right amount of energy.

he even had a weight advantage over marquez
still couldnt knock him out

last night floyd proved you can neutralise his shoulder roll
with straight lefts to the head and right hands to the body

also his combinations are repeitive and can be easily countered
over hand right , left upercut ..

I think Mayweather is in decline but it shows how great he is real, Because even though he is in decline he still won without too much controversy, He deserves a lot more credit for that IMO.

Mayweather's nose was bleeding by the 2nd and 3rd rounds. You can see Diaz put a cotton swab in his nose and pulled it out with blood on it.
