A manual of Islamic law certified by Al-Azhar as a reliable guide to Sunni orthodoxy says that "retaliation is obligatory against anyone who kills a human being purely intentionally and without right." However, "not subject to retaliation" is "a father or mother (or their fathers or mothers) for killing their offspring, or offspring's offspring." ('Umdat al-Salik o1.1-2).

In other words, someone who kills his child incurs no legal penalty under Islamic law.

Why does this stipulation appear in a manual of Islamic law if this has nothing to do with Islam?

its not the killing thats the problem people kill other people all over the world but instead that islamic law allows the killing to take place with out retaliation if family members perform the killing.

a religion that allows family members to kill their own blood.......a religion with heaven built around a corner stone of lust.

??? Aside from a few comments which I am not responsable for I had no such intention! This is not about Islam even if you say it is, it is about a backward part of the world where human rights don't apply to women. I would have made this tragedy known if it were mormans or Christians.
And I expected someone to come in here and excuse and defend this abuse buy saying "well christians or someone does this" like it is ok because of humanities past.
