Default Did NSAC declare EPO a non PED?

If you have the link to this, send it to me...
I think it was when Tygart had the debate with them, they dismissed EPO as a PED...
EPO can't be detected with a scheduled piss test (The method NSAC uses) but would need to be monitored with blood samples.
