I'm the one in the red shirt, took a couple months off to heal some injuries and ended up putting a bunch of weight on.
My friend recorded a sparring match I had with a friend, I know we shouldn't be going so hard lol. And I need to learn to stop throwing so many left hooks.

Respect just for posting. Im sure you know how ppl can be in here. Your ref looked like he wasnt paying attention, you should have went for multiple low blows and you would have won by ko.

yeah, I thought that fight ending low blow was a liver shot. took me a second to realize he was in pain from a low blow :\

It would be fun fighting somebody who kept their left hand as low as you do, exposing the entire side of your face. That's dangerous and I do not understand the point in doing that.

Lucky the guy you were sparring with can't fight.
