Default Supplements.

I'm keen on getting new supplements to take after my workout and i'm not sure which one would work better or is known to be better. Theres 4 differen't types all for 19.99 i'll post the links to each of them below and anyone with knowledge on supplements if they could give me their views on it, it would be much appreaciated.

i dont know anything about the first three, but ive been taking whey protein for awhile now and it definitely helps....whenever i have a weightlifting day, i eat a lot of protein and drink a shake, which is just whey protein and 1 percent milk, and ive been packing on muscle well.

if u drink the shake post work out u shouldnt drink it with milk since it has casein protein in it u will digest much slower than whey with water.

ive tried to drink whey with water, it makes me want to die.
anyways, muscle growth and repair after lifting happens over a period of time long enough for the shake's protein get to your muscles. it definitely does tend to bind up your digestion for a bit though.

Whey protein is supposedly one of the best forms of protein to take as it is absorbed more effectively into the body. So protein shakes are good for assisting muscle building i.e. positive nitrogen balance, but you gotta be hitting the weights if you want muscle hypertrophy i.e. go up a weight division. But if you want good recovery between training and maintaining a higher intensity at training, hence more muscle growth, look into creatine supplementation.
