"Pacquiao said he would most likely fight Martinez below 150 pounds"

Pacquiao reiterated that he is not hanging up his boxing gloves and is good for another fight after 6 months.

Asked which boxer he would like to take on, he said he would take on anybody in the ring including World Boxing Council (WBC) middleweight champion Sergio Martinez. The Argentinean Martinez retained his WBC middleweight belt after knocking out American Paul Williams with an impressive second-round punch on Saturday.

Pacquiao said he would most likely fight Martinez below 150 pounds.

I told you. He experimented at 150 and didn't like it. It's Welterweight and down from here.

I thought i'd heard that Sergio made it clear that he would only accept a 156 catchweight, maybe i didn't heard it right.

Obviously Sergio can't go lower than 150, probably can't even make it lower than 154... Pac must know this. Maybe, he means he'll personally not go higher than 150.

Only way that statement makes any sense.

Why even suggest that? Either fight a man at his proper weight or don't entertain the notion of fighting him. Sick of Manny's ****.

PAC can stay as low as he wants... Just let Martinez come in at the mw limit and fight him like that.

that's the way i read it also. sergio said after the fight he wouldn't go below 156 and then his translator (advisor?) later said 155

that was not what he said, he said he's willing to go down to 156 but is open to adjusting depending on what they offer.............

Pacquiao calls the shots. Sergio knows this thats why he said he wont go below 156. He just cant make it. That's why he said he wouldnt really bother with Pac.

                    Pac should stay at 47
