In the States, if the authorities need to pull a racial profile on him, say he had a hit and run (random scenerio no biggie). He would be regarded as a White Hispanic. Not Cacuasion or White.

The OP is right though. MAny latinos living in PR, dominican republic are white, black,brown, mulatto. Latinos in the caribbean and in south america especially brazil are the most mixed genetically on earth.

If Martinez is of european descent he is what most people would consider "White"
He doesn't look mexican at all.
