After almost a year of boxing I looked at my body and was kinda surprised.

Yes I know most of you boxers are kinda ripped but you must know that i was kinda fat almost overweight when i started. And unless it's my eyes fooling me you can see some hints of abs..
Im proud of myself.

This prooves that instead of spending money on those stupid machines excersize is what you need!

im fairly new so i dont rely know the ppl on this forum that well, how old are you btw and how much u weight?
and i agree no need for those machines the best thing is groundwork, press ups sit squats and skipping(jump rope) etc.
u say u were overweight, good to see u loose fat. most people find it hard to loose fat (but most of those have neva had a decent work out in there life).
good progress keep it up.

yeahdude i know how you feel, i once weighed 250 dounds now i weigh 154-55, i still need to loose about 10 poundsthen i'm going to put on 10 pounds of muscleso i canbe looking like jeff lacy, but it's cool to see other peoples results, keep up the good work
