what do you guys think of protein supplements? i take whey protein with milk before and after i train for faster recovery and im going to start taking casein for before i go to bed. do any of you guys use these or any other alternatives?

dont use milk because is takes longer to digest use water instead your body will absorb it quicker

i drink it with skimmed milk coz of the extra protein in the milk and think may taste better than water.........this still bad?why is milk bad?

i all ready anwered you question. After you work you wanna get the protein in your body asap and that what water does. Milk takes longer for your body to digest so your not geting the protein asap with milk.
