if youre talking about hand-eye coordination, then mits is your best choice, followed probly by speed bag. also focus on hitting certain places on a heavy bag like marks or writing for each punch.

yea id agree with that one.
speedball\speedbag is god for hand- eye coordination and rythmn.
target mits are good at developing accurate punches.

practice not blinking. I can control my not nlinking fo 1 round sparring. Lennox Lewis DOESNT BLINK. lol. he jest has his eyes open all ta time.
