Sure Brock has a size advantage. His size is one of his biggest attributes. But these guys are heavyweights. 240+ is very sizable. And, if the fight gets protracted, the size could just as well turn into a disadvantage.

see Carwin and Mir fight...Brock is too big and strong..Cain isnt all that talented..to overcome Brocks size/strength/wrestling skills...ur gonna have to have a boat load of talent..i say 1-2 rounds..Brock by stoppage.

I frankly haven't chosen a winner, although I'm leaning a bit toward Cain.

You may be surprised though.

I've been impressed by Brock's size, speed, endurance, and athleticism. I haven't yet been incredibly impressed by his fighting prowess. I'm looking forward to seeing how this fight plays out.
