Default Weight of your heavy bag...

I am going to buy a heavy bag for my house and was wondering what weight I should get. I am 6'0 170lbs if that makes a difference.

Thanks in advance!

i have a 100lb heavy bag, i'm 5ft 7" and 152lb, so maybe get one a little heavier, say 130lb and you should be ok.

$$$ for bags larger than 100 lbs.

$250 for a bag 125lb and up.
Go titleboxing a look

I prefer muy thai bags. Go Fairtex and buy a unfilled bag and the shipping with be less.
