this is really a mma Q so i hope noones pissedoff i put it here.anyway ,im looking for a leg workout.i have a bag at home and am wondering how i could improve my speed.any suggestions?

I'm presuming that practice and shadow...kicking? will help.

Heavy bag is more for power than speed.

Also do foot drills.


I'm not an mma fighter...but thats what I should think would help.
