Default Change in weight throughout the day...

I have been eating healthy for a few weeks now. so have been monitoring my weight.

I woke up this morning and i weighed 145.

Today i've had porridge for breakfast, a bowel of pasta for lunch and a chicken breast, 2 potato waffles and some beans for dinner.

Jumped on the scales an hour after dinner and i'd put on 6 pound.

I've hardly drank today, just thought 6 pounds was quite a lot, considering i've exercised as well.

Just weigh yourself everyday near the same time in the morning don't keep doing it over and over. That will give you pretty accurate idea of how your weight loss is going..

Today i've had porridge for morning meal, a intestinal of rice for lunchtime and a poultry, 2 spud waffles and some legumes for supper.

You will be dehydrated when you wake up mate. As you drink throughout the day, your cells absorb water and your weight will increase.
