The story was not that Ortiz sent people to do that to Rios. Victor Ortiz claims that Robert Garcia and Edouardo Garcia humiliated him through derogatory speech. Brandon Rios not only claims that is a lie but he also says that Victor Ortiz also accuses him of humiliating Ortiz through derogatory speech as well. Brandon Rios says that people who have heard the story attacked him and his wife.

I am not sure Victor Ortiz actually accused Brandon Rios of that though.
