Default A few corrections.

This isn't a shot about anybody, its just a few urban legends cleared up.

Note: this has been edited for elaboration, thankyou to PD for pointing out this...

Running on an empty stomach is not beneficial.
e.g.: waking up at 4am and going for a run is no different than waiting a while after a meal and then running, infact once your food has gone down, your performance will be better than when your body is tired and lacks energy.

Lifting weights DOES help, but polymetrics ARE better.
For instance, without lifting weights or doing some sort of basic strength training, it is unlikely you will have the basic strength to do polymetrics effectively in the first place.

Punching the heavy bag with just handwraps can damage your hands + spread your knuckles due to the repeated impact against your unprotected knuckles, wear some bag gloves.

There are multiple threads made on these subjects, and in my experience that is pretty much the facts, of course as punchdrunk has said..results differ between people.

We appreciate you clearing up those discrepancies for us. Some people will try anything, and they usually end up paying the price at the outset.

Not meaning to sound harsh, but you're not clearing up any urban legends. You're oversimplifying things, which will cause people to misunderstand certain issues. Things aren't black and white.

Example: "Running on an empty stomach is not beneficial." You're giving people the impression they should eat before they run. The only thing that will do, is upset your digestion, and make you vomit. Plus your perfomance will worsen. The truth is that for running, it is better to be closer to an empty stomach, than to a full stomach. It is still an individual thing, and people should find out for themselves how they perform better.

Example: "Lifting weights DOES help, but polymetrics ARE better."
Again, you're confusing the issue, not clearing anything up. The weightlifting is necessary to build up a strength base for the plyometrics to make any sense. The higher your max strength is, the bigger potential for developing explosiveness through plyometrics. This is such a HUGE area, boiling it down to one-liners is detrimental to understanding.

Please stop the one-liner HELL that is what most people here pass off as training knowledge and insight.

No offence mate but judging by some of the posts you have made in this section you're on of the people who needed clearing up on issues.
