Im running out of ideas for cooking and i dont like looking at online cook books.

we have a very eclectic group of members from all over the world and i intend to use it to my advantage.

What are some good recipes and meal you cook for yourself and family

please list and discuss

im looking forward to some new meals

Proper Guacamole.

3 Avacados +
Diced Onions
Diced Tomatoes
Finely Diced Jalapeno pepper (preferably pickled)
2 limes
3-4 Teaspoons of Zesty Italian Salad Dressing

Ramen noodles.

I put them in a bowl with water and put the bowl on a sided plate in the micro wave so when the water boils over it runs on the plate. 5-6 min in the micro wave.

take the noodles out, drain them add Parmesan cheese salt pepper and butter.

delicious.
