France is up there coz the champs came from the early part of the last century.

Marcel Cerdan always comes to mind as argueably the best french champion. And of course Georges Carpentiere.

The best fighter to ever come out of Guatemala is a dude by the name of Castalulo Gonzalez or something like that. And, his record was like 9-9 with 1 draw.
