Default before or after

Do you guys do your weight training and lifting before your boxing workout or after?? Or do you keep them on separate days?

Seperate days, but if you want to do both in the same day, start with boxing and finish with the weights.

Boxing after just having lifted weights is a great way to injure yourself.
