Default So who really is the #1 P4P best of all times?

Is Ali the GOAT? Or is Sugar Ray Robinson the best the ever was and best there ever will be? Is Floyd TBE? Manny is the only 8 division champ, he's got to be #1?!

Can we even rank Harry Greb or are the tales from the crypt really true about Greb, Armstrong, and Tunney?

What about BoxRec, they do all this **** mathematically and they've got Archie "The Old Mongoose" at #1. Following him is Robinson and Ali. Are they correct, I mean this is the new age of boxing and now with this new technology its proven Moore is the best ever! Right?

So history heads, who could you say is definitely and definitively the #1 Pound-for-Pound boxer to have ever laced em up? Skills, legacy, and resume should all be considered.

My choice doesn't hold much weight but if I had to choose ONE...

I think you can make the best argument for either Ray Robinson or Harry Greb.

I lean toward Robinson. That dudes resume is something awesome.

We all know it's Pacquiao.

There has never been such a combination of speed, power, fury and output compressed into 1 little fighter in history so far.

It really isn't close, I can understand Greb because he was an enormous enigma. Ali is closer to the present times and there's so much info on him and he's alive.
The p4p tag was thought of by watching Robinson and realizing that a 6'2" 210lbs Robinson would also control the heavyweight division easily.

When you have maintained all the essentials needed to be outstanding and the best during your career and remain the best after viewing others for all this time now Robinson is the blue print for all fighters who show above average skills in boxing. What stands out more these days is his power in both hands weighing 147--160! There simply so few KO wins these days because of the amateur style influence on the sport.

To me there's no one like him!
