have u moved up in weight or changed your routine?

when i tried lifting weights my shoulders got all tight, i lost the snap on my punches, speed on my punches and the ability to put them togheter.

if u did weights or just put more muscle on your chest/back than your frame allows what u described could easily happen.

or maybe u just went too long without focusing on handspeed, attributes can decline if u dont keep working on them.

eighter way do some punch out drills, shadowbox focusing on speed and combinations possibly using light handweights or sparring gloves as u do it.

Yep I lost speed in my jab as well when I picked up power. It sucks Cause I could jab at will now they easily slip my jabs but when I do hit them with a jab thier head bounces back.
