Yeah I'm just thinking the intimidation factor. The before the fight even begins kind of thing. Otherwise Mariuz Pudzianowski would be an MMA Champ.

Strength means nothing if you dont know how to fight. Just like speed, speed means **** if you dont know where to throw it or have no power

Nah, no one is gonna bother dealing with 220+ pound hulk. You all got to understand that if you are that big by the way of bodybuilding you are also insanely strong. So, while you are no pro fighter, you got enough strength and explosiveness to choke any street tough.


A lot of people are naive to think that meatheads are slow, the whole nature of bodybuilding involves huge amounts of explosive movements, so while these guys may not be the swiftest 5 mile runners, you dont wanna mess with them in close distances.

if you're talking about some light apc or infantry fighting vehicle , sure.

maybe even the older , lighter tanks like t-55 , t-62 , m-26 tanks.

against a modern tank like a challenger 2 or merkava mk iv , takedowns by itself won't do.

Not as simplistic as that, what about if the guy sharp shoots you on the way in, then what? walking onto punches doubles the impact, plus, if you keep stepping back looking for space to to get your punches off, chances are when they guy bum rushes you he is going to leave a pocket of space for you to nail him.

Agree, plus, not all people who workout have the type of muscle that restricts your movement or slows down your speed, some people that workout develop that lean muscle which can be beneficial to your suppleness/agility. Id say that biggest problem with people do weight is, they get tired quicker, the bigger the muscle, the more oxygen it needs.
