It's best to be humble and acknowledge the mistakes anyone can make, then come back stronger the next time to prove the first loss was a fluke.
I don't think Werdum's stand up game is better than Fedor's. They briefly traded shots but it was clear Fedor was going to win the exchange.
If they meet again, look for Werdum to shoot in for a takedown soon in the 1st round.

Yeah, that's one of the things that I like about Fedor.
It's possible that I just misunderstood because of his accent, but in his own interview Werdum sounded like he said "Fedor is the best fighter, I was just the best fighter tonight".
Nice to see two such respectful, humble guys.
